Seven skills. One way of thinking about money's new rails.

Today is a big day for me, and I want you to be the first to take advantage from it.

I just launched my Whop store. It's the first product I've ever shipped under The Nifty Founder, and I built it as a gift to the people who read this newsletter — you. So before it goes anywhere else, you get it first, and you get it at half price (more on that below).

Most weeks I write to explain something. This week I'm also shipping something, so I'll do both: tell you exactly what I built, why I built it, and why I think you should grab it today.

What I'm launching is the NiftyRails Skills Stack — seven AI skills that turn your AI into a crypto-savvy practitioner. Not a chatbot that parrots headlines. A research analyst, a due-diligence partner, and a bullshit detector for the new financial rails.

Here's the whole story.

Why this exists

If you've tried to use AI to understand crypto, stablecoins, or tokenization, you've hit the same wall I did. Ask a general model about a token, a protocol, or a "how to tokenize real estate" pitch, and it gives you a confident, fluent answer that's half outdated and half hedged into uselessness. It doesn't know which questions a practitioner would actually ask. It has no instinct for the red flags.

The AI tools that do understand crypto are built for two crowds: developers and security auditors writing code, or hype merchants selling trading prompts to people who want to gamble. There is almost nothing in between for the person I actually care about — the founder, operator, or curious builder who wants to make sense of this space without writing code and without getting played.

That gap is the whole reason this exists.

My scars, encoded

I've spent over a decade in Web3 as an investor, advisor, and builder — and lately I've been compounding that with AI automation.

I made money on conviction and narratives. I went full-on into ETH at £11 a coin. I put money into ICOs that handed back 100x overnight. And then, of course, I gave a lot of it back when the cycle turned. I had the "chance" to buy FTX equity at half the valuation the institutions were paying — made multiples on paper, and watched all of it go to zero when Sam Bankman-Fried's fraud took the whole thing down. The rebuild after that was not easy. The “margin call” took it all.

I learned those lessons the most expensive way there is. The frameworks I use now to research a project, vet a deal, judge a token design, and structure a company are the ones that survived all of that — every win and every wipeout. So I encoded them into skills my AI can run. And now yours can too.

This is me handing you the playbook I wish I'd had before the parts that hurt.

What's in the stack

A "skill" here is a structured instruction set you drop into your AI (Claude, Claude Code, and similar). No coding. You install it, then you talk to your AI normally — but now it reasons like a practitioner instead of a search engine. Seven of them:

Rails Researcher — drop in a token, a protocol, or a deal and get a plain-English breakdown: what it actually is, how it works, and the questions a pro would ask next.

Tokenization Readiness Reviewer — for anyone thinking about tokenizing an asset. It walks the readiness checklist and tells you what has to be true before you go near it.

Don't-Get-Rekt Due Diligence — a red-flag and pump-pattern audit on any project or "opportunity" before you commit a dollar. This is my anti-pump-and-dump worldview, operationalized — the skill I wish I'd run before FTX.

Sovereignty Stack Navigator — maps your entity, banking, and rails options and hands you the exact questions for your lawyer and tax advisor. It never promises an approval; it makes you ready for the conversation.

Founder Content Engine — my own anti-slop, anti-hype content rules, generalized. Turn one idea into a thread, a post, and a newsletter in your voice. A week of content without the AI-slop smell.

Tokenomics & Whitepaper Teardown — reads a token design and tells you plainly who wins, who pays, and where the value is supposed to come from. Analysis, never a buy call.

Regulatory Question Generator — turns a product idea into the precise questions for counsel plus a plain-English map of the rules in play. It makes expensive legal time efficient instead of exploratory.

Every skill carries the same guardrails, because they're non-negotiable for me: no coin calls, no price predictions, no return or approval promises. Where a decision needs a professional, the skill routes you to one. And they're human-authored and transparent — you can read exactly what they tell your AI to do, which matters more than people realize now that a lot of public "skills" quietly carry prompt-injection risk.

What it costs — and your reader gift

I priced this the way I'd want it priced if I were on the other side.

Single skill: $29. Take just the one you need.

The full stack of all seven: $99 as a founder's price for the first 100 people, then it goes to $149. This is the one most people should take — the skills compound, because research feeds diligence feeds structuring feeds content.

And a $29/month membership founding rate for ongoing updates as the rules and rails keep changing — which, in this space, is constantly.

Here's the part I'm most excited about. Because this is my first product and you're my community, I'm giving you 50% off everything for launch week. Use the code nfnl060626 at checkout. That puts the full stack at under fifty dollars — the cost of one bad trade you'll now know how to avoid. Stack it with the first-100 founder price and you'll never see it this low again.

What this is really about

I'm not selling you an edge in a casino. There's enough of that, and it's mostly how people lose money slowly while feeling smart.

What I'm selling is the unglamorous part that actually compounds: the research, the diligence, the structuring, and the judgment to know the difference between a real opportunity and a well-designed trap. The promise isn't that you'll get lucky. It's that you'll get early and useful — that you'll understand this shift before it's obvious, and act on it without getting burned the way I did.

AI made the execution cheap. What's still scarce is judgment that's been through a full cycle. I put mine into seven files. They're live today, they're half price for you this week, and they're the first thing I've ever sold you.
